i’ve had a lot of waxes, but that was undoubtedly the worst. Im not a beautician but i’m not a fool, i know she was doing a poor job. Mixing strip wax and hot wax on my skin which made he whole process unnecessarily painful and left my skin bleeding in some areas. A really bad experience which wasn’t cheap either. I was really disappointed, i haven’t had any other bad experiences with treatwell before

The masseuse Bruno was excellent and very professional! The shellac polish was streaky and the nail bar was very busy. I had to make conversation and keep asking questions. The staff never introduced themselves at mail bar...just straight into it and I dont like this approach. Whereas Bruno the masseuse shook my hand asked my name and introduced myself. A lovely girl doing nails but not very talkative and my nails were filled too much with slightly streaky polish result. It wasnt bad at all.. they still look nice but not excellent either.. lovely girl but needs improvement.

Wasn’t impressed at all. I asked for a deep massage and advised I wanted it to be deep and hard but it was anything but. There were times I wasn’t even sure if the person was even massaging me it was so gentle.
