My nails were not cut at the same length and they were not all the same shape. My nails were hurting because they were being filed very hard to the point one of my fingers started bleeding. My cuticles were pushed back too much and nail polish was not applied correctly so it looked like my nails had already grown out. This was my second visit after being very impressed the first time, I was very disappointed this time.
