The girls are so nice and patient. Always lets me try different shades before finalising the colour. My nails look so nice everytime I have walked out of that place.

Everyone was very friendly, but the whole salon seemed a bit disorganised, unprofessional and unsanitary. In regards to the nail salon, tools were reused between clients and visibly dirty. My cuticles were trimmed very vigorously and made me start bleeding.
In regards to the spa, the wax used actually broke my skin, and residual wax was left around the area. The spa was also visibly dirty - tweezers used were not washed and other client's clothing was left in treatment rooms.
I had a 15:05 appointment, and was not seen until 15:25. I think prices are quite steep for just nail file and polish! I thought I'd booked a full manicure/pedicure (soak, massage, exfoliation etc.), but got only a quick file and polish (68 euro with a student discount, including a 3-minute wax!).
Unfortunately, despite all the great reviews, I didn't have the best experience :(
