The staff very polite but seemed unhappy / stressed and I didn't feel overly welcome there. The young girl cut my finger when trimming the cuticles and did not pass any comment as i bled. I had to ask for a tissue and then she sprayed what i assume was alcohol on the cut, but there was no apology or acknowledgement. The shellac itself was not perfect, but was fine, I wont be returning.
