The treatment was great as always, but I was left waiting by the staff for 25mins until another member of staff came back from a break and told me what was going on. I was late so I wouldn't have minded if they just said I was too late or to come back later, but they just kept saying to wait there and they'd be with me.

I was there for the first time and took wrong bus, was late for 1 hour, but they took me anyway. But next week my nails started falling off. I woke up in the morning and saw, that I don’t have 2 of them... okay. I wrote them, discribed the situation, thinking they will remake it for free. No, half price. Okay. Now I have them for 1 week and they look horrible, curves form, they hold really bad. Just when I saw them it wasn’t done very neatly, but I decided to leave it. I’ll never do this mistake again and come back even for free :)
