After 3 years I have had the first unpleasant experience. Two Ladies did my nails at the same time, didn’t catch the name of the second lady. Main manicurist was Shinee and don’t think she was very professional and had not very pleasant attitude when I asked why is she skipping a lot of steps of the service which second person who did my right hand wasn’t. Hands look very different and have different length nails. Very rushed job and one unhappy customer. Unfortunately Ugi was unavailable.
