That was a very bad experience and i was extremely disappointed. I haven't been back since – they charged me a total of €14 for two broken nails on top of my treatment because I last had my nails done while on vacation in another country and not at their nails studio and therefore they charged me the price for non-regular customers, even though I've had my nails done there several times in the past. Their behavior and manners were unacceptable and not professionell!

I am very pleased with the staff here, I come here often, I am always satisfied with the service, last time I was late for my appointment, I called the salon and said I would be late, where they rescheduled my appointment without any problems. Very grateful and satisfied with the conditions,service
