I never go anywhere else for my BIAB so today was so disappointing. I had a BIAB manicure, wasn’t asked by the technician throughout the painting process if I liked the color etc. I should have spoke up sooner but I was trusting the process and when she finished I really didn’t like the color but more so, there was small bits of paint all over my nail bed. Was made to pay 10 extra euro for the color removal and for a top coat to be put on- left feeling sad and disappointe
