The BIAB gel and manicure looked great, but the overall experience was disappointing. Being moved to another technician in the middle of my appointment without any prior explanation felt disrespectful and unprofessional. My cuticle was also cut during the service, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the quality of the nails did not outweigh the poor customer service.
