I’m sorry to say my experience was disappointing. The removal of my previous polish felt very aggressive, even after I kindly asked for more care. There was little communication, and I didn’t feel comfortable continuing, so I stopped early. My nails were left scratched and uneven. Although I was offered a credit, I don’t feel confident returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.
