I’ve been to this salon several times before with no issues, on this occasion I was booked in with my husband and I for pedicures. His therapist was very good and no issues. But during my pedicure, the therapist was filing down my heels with a callus file quickly and she scraped away too much of the skin leaving my heels uneven in texture, red, and very tender. I didn’t realize how much skin she removed until I returned home. It is very sore to walk now and starting to scab. Very disappointed.
