I was seat straight away; the pedicure chairs are downstairs and in a quiet place. I had prepaid for a spa pedicure online but the attendant didn't realize and was going to just give me a basic one until I asked why they weren't filling the basin with water. I think also it'd be nice to be asked if you want something to drink. But other than that, the staff were friendly and efficient. I will go back.

Great waxing service! Im a recurring customer of Mint. The only thing is I was waiting like 10 mins in the store even though I was on time so keep that in mind.
