This is my 3rd time at Richmond rather than Auinger and my nails have chipped every single time. I got them done on Sunday and one had already chipped by Monday. I’m abroad so I can’t get them fixed. The first time I ignored the chip and by the time they all started to peel it had already been 2 weeks. Exact same thing happened with my last ones but I didn’t call because I knew I was getting them done again soon for my holiday. The girl was nice but a bit rough. Disappointed with Richmond
