Did not have an experienced nail tech. Booked for French tips - she couldn’t do them. They ended up un even. When I was trying to explain she didn’t understand. Others came over and tried to show her what to do but in the end I was there so long I had to leave with them uneven. They were all very kind and polite but this lady was inexperienced. Why have someone who can’t do French tips take a client who booked for them!

The room was super cold which is nothing but unpleasant for 1 hour massage. Initially I had a different masseuse Sarah, I repetively asked for gentle touch as the massage on sensitive parts like head and neck was unpleasant, then she assigned me a different masseuse Luz whose experience become bettet but also only after clarifying that the initial touches are nothing to enjoy. The whole experience was stressful and I’d prefer more professional handling.
