Booked shellac off & on with Nancy but got assigned on spot a different nail artist instead - this happened to me here more than once and I really dislike it. The nail artist didn't remove my black shellac well, was rough with the nail file and hurt my cuticles on few fingers, was rude and also put the top coat poorly. Very disappointed. Would expect a better service than this for a return customer.
