As with most salons, the therapist went to use the machine to remove my shellac, which is damaging to the nail. I asked her to use acetone instead. She went ahead and used the machine after a very short soak. Time seemed to be an issue for her. She cut them down and I requested for the exact same shape (oval)....they were shaped square and I asked her to amend. Finally the top coat wasn't put on the top of the nail, so after 3 days it has started peeling, I unfortunately will not be returning.
