Lynzie was super. Will be back. One minor thing to note - was told at reception after my massage that it was cash payments only, although there was a card machine on the counter. I had given a cash tip before I went upstairs to pay but didn’t have my wallet/cards on me. I missed the notice downstairs. Asked could the card on file for my booking be charged and was told no, but I’m sure it would have been charged if I didn’t turn up for the appointment. Card payment was accepted in the end.
