The massage was nice but when taking off my previous shellac the technician files away layers of my nails. This meant my nails have all cracked and broken below the skin line. The new shellac chipped after 2 days and my mums manicure had chipped by a day later. Really disappointed had a great experience previously.

My nails started to chip 2 days after getting them done, and I have extremely strong nails. She was so so rough on my nails they felt so weak and brittle afterward. I've been coming to Mint for several months now and never had this issue before, as I could normally get 4-5 weeks out of my gel polish. When I wanted to use the massager on the chair while getting my toes done, she wouldn't let me. All very disappointing.
