I booked a specific nail tech and was given a different one without asking or telling me. I had this technician on my last visit and was not happy with my nails or the experience, that is why I booked a different technician. The cuticle removal was very poorly done and she cut me twice. I tried to ask her about colours and she just gets very fed up quickly and has a bad attitude. Because this has happened twice now I won’t be returning.
