I brought my own nail polish, as I'm vegan and I like the ability to fix my own nails at home as needed, and they were accommodating. Cuticle clean up was quick, efficient, and pain free, and they made sure I was happy with the length/shape of both my toe and finger nails before moving foward. Polish process was quick with minimal clean up. I only gave 4 stars because the polish on my hands didn't always extend to the side edges, which I didn't realise until later, but toes were done perfectly.
