I booked to get a shellac French polish. The therapist applied the base colour very thickly, so thick it dried lumpy under the UV light. Then when she applied the white tips they were crooked. When I queried this, I was told that she would file down the polish afterwards and the top coat would smooth it out. This doesn't sound right to me, so in the end I had it removed and I left without having my nails done. They still charged me €10 for the filing and shaping of my nails. I won't be back.

I asked for multiple colours and was told I would be charged extra per colour. I agreed and chose my colours. After choosing my colours I was told that the salon doesn't have the colours (despite them being on the colour chart.) I chose a different design and was told 'we don't have time for that'. Shortly after my nail tech agreed on the basis that another tech would do it. That nail tech was lovely, did her best. I was charged an extra10 euro for the service without being warned. Never again.
