I was meant to get HD brows. I went in and Belinda took off half of my eyebrow and left me with tint all over my eye which wouldn’t come off when I tried removing with a make up wipe. I went back into her after looking at the brows in the car and I said to the lady I was unhappy and that she took off half of the upper part of my brow. She kept denying it saying “no I didn’t, you can still see hair there” and there wasn’t even an apology just her saying “I can show you how to fill them in”.
