I am a qualified massage therapist with over 20 years of professional experience and a medical background. I worked as a nurse for many years, which gave me a strong understanding of the human body and the importance of safe, individualized care. In Ireland, I have completed and obtained certified qualifications in key areas of massage therapy, including Anatomy & Physiology (Level 5), Holistic Massage (Level 5), Indian Head Massage (Level 5), Massage On-Site(Level 6). I provide both manual massage and machine-assisted massage treatments, as well as combined treatments tailored to each client's individual needs. My sessions include: - Manual massage - Machine-assisted: Bodysphere Therapy, Vacuum-Roller massage and Pressotherapy. With my extensive experience and medical knowledge, I always take the individual condition, needs, and preferences of each client into consideration, adapting my massage techniques to provide a safe, effective, and personalized treatment. My goal is to help every client feel relaxed, cared for, and supported while achieving the best possible results from their treatment.
