It was my first lymphatic massage, and it was a pleasant experience. The therapist was very professional and polite and focused on relaxation at every step. I would have appreciated more questions regarding my skin before doing the facial (some might have allergies or skin issues), but otherwise, it was a really relaxing and great experience!

the bottom line is the girl is very nice , but she has no idea how to massage. she just rubs loads of oil around, and then attempts to use a nordic massager tool to massage all over your back, with no real idea how to use it, only to try and disguise the fact that she has no idea actually how to massage. this is the only part of the treatment that resembles some sort of massage

Relaxing and gentle. To manage expectations, I wish there had been an introduction to the treatment/products as I would have preferred to learn more and also see if we could customise the treatment as I wanted to address pain in my shoulder.
