Natalia is a very friendly waxing specialist and I'm glad I found her. She makes you feel comfortable and her process is full of care (e.g. asking about wax temperature). I also like the products she uses as the skin feels smooth and doesn't irritate compared to my previous experiences. I've been a customer for 2+ years and I totally recommend her. <3
