A rough & ready experience - the sugaring turns out great, so if you dont mind a few rough edges in regards to customer service & atmosphere, it's a good option. On all my visits I struggled to enter the address: buzzed door but no answer. Eventually get buzzed in after 5 mins. Sat down in waiting area, could hear someone on their phone behind closed treatment room door. After 10mins she emerged & said i shouldve just come through, but how was I to know this. Olga is kind during treatment

I’ve been getting sugaring treatments with Natalia for over 8 years, every month, and I’ve always followed her wherever she moved because I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She is incredibly professional, friendly and attentive to every detail, always adapting to each client’s needs. The salon is clean and welcoming, and she makes every appointment comfortable.
