I went in asking for caramel highlights on my dark hair and it seemed the hair dresser agreed not to go too blonde with it. I showed her pictures of the kind of colour I wanted. I found the result to be too blonde for my natural dark hair, it isn’t too bad but not exactly what I asked for. I also found there was a bit of lack of enthusiasm in the staff when I was trying to communicate what I wanted.

Andrea was absolutely brilliant throughout. My hair is long (past shoulder) length, thick and frizzy, dry, dye damaged so it took longer than just 1 hour 20 mins. Andrea was very precise and took time to get the treatment right for my hair. I left with a fabulous blow dry and two days later I still haven't used more than a brush on my hair...I would usually straighten every day, even after a good blow dry. I couldn't recommend Andrea enough. Thank you!
