Went in for a blow dry of my bob before a wedding - it was very thorough and I left looking shiny and well-groomed. It lasted for days! And I was complimented on my colour and cut and left feeling warm and confident in myself. I'll be back!

The cut was good but my whole experience got ruined when Bobby thinned out my hair!! I am so upset about it, I didn't even got asked if I wanted to cut down my volume..I have nice long hair and decided to get a cut because they got thin at the bottom and now my whole head of hair is so so thin! I absolutely loved the volume of my hair and now left with nothing. I never had this thinning of hair experience before, so I dint realise what he was doing until it was too late. I would have appreciated if I was asked about it rather than him deciding to thin my hair as they were too thick. NEVER GOING BACK!
