The cut was good but my whole experience got ruined when Bobby thinned out my hair!! I am so upset about it, I didn't even got asked if I wanted to cut down my volume..I have nice long hair and decided to get a cut because they got thin at the bottom and now my whole head of hair is so so thin! I absolutely loved the volume of my hair and now left with nothing. I never had this thinning of hair experience before, so I dint realise what he was doing until it was too late. I would have appreciated if I was asked about it rather than him deciding to thin my hair as they were too thick. NEVER GOING BACK!

really nice experience. my stylist was running a little late due to a late client in front of me but bent over backwards to make sure I was still out in time to catch my train. will definitely be back
