Lovely staff, very clean and stylish salon. My hair looks brilliant

Staff were not very attentive - my original hairdresser suddenly left to go home early after starting and left it to another employee to finish the colour and cut. I got a haircut and a copper balayage, price was a higher than originally quoted when I booked, though still much cheaper than my usual hairdressers - and Treatwell did not give me the option to choose hair length which was why it was more expensive. The cut was uneven on the front, felt like there was not a lot of attention to detail here. Overall good price, but perhaps not value and not the relaxing salon experience I was hoping for.
