My second time at this venue. Everything was just fine and it couldn't be better. I had my haircut exactly as I wanted, the staff was kind and welcoming and the place very clean.

They don't seem to relate to the customer. Its the luck of the draw if they are free to attend to you even with an appointment. I waited 45 minutes before my hair was even washed and although I looked very cross they didn't seem to notice.
