I booked and paid for a haircut on Treatwell for today (23rd of January 2023) at 10am but the place was firmly closed (shutters down). I can’t say if the fault for this waste of time and money lies with Treatwell or New York Hair studio but my dissatisfaction is the same! Avoid it!!
