Was first time there. Place looks overbooked and unorganized. Bobby (the owner) has two "helpers" which means that he starts dying your hair and then tells them what to do next. I was looking for a natural balayage and a hair cut. He suggested to add some natural looking highlights which turned out to look like massive spaghettis on a top of my head. Had to ask to fix it later which he was not too happy about it.
