I booked my treatment/cut online, had no idea what was coming. Two stars as the color was good. But that was it. The lady almost tore my hair out while washing. I asked her to be gentle. Didn't work. She continued to pull. Then onto the cut. She basically snipped the ends off, made sure it was even. That's a bob, guys! No shaping, no nothing. Fine. I have fine hair, maybe that's all I needed. Then onto blowdry. Overall ok, but the dryer was way too hot and was sometimes burning my scalp.

Have been coming here for years. Very happy with the service and job done with my highlights. Have gotten loads of compliments on the colour already, after only 2 days. Getting married in 2 weeks so a relief to have my hair looking well!
