The visit was awful as I had booked it for June bank holiday monday as the booking allowed me to so I assumed the saloon was open for business. I tired calling the salon multiple times to confirm the appointment but no response and I also left a voice mail. I got a reminder from treatwell for booking and I showed up on time to find the closed doors of the salon. I wasted my time and still not have my hair done as I did not book another appointment.
