My visit and service was good overall. I had come in 15 mins early and got seen to straight away. The only problem I had was when I was receiving my hair treatment, a woman came in who (I think) was a friend of my stylist. I think she just wanted a wash and dry. While I was at the sinks with my treatment on my hair my stylist washed the other woman/her friends hair. Then left the wash area and turned off the light. Leaving me in the dark with only the light from the main room coming in through the doorway. I was left in the dark for well over 5 mins before the male stylist (the owner I think. Defiantly someone superior to the woman working me) came in to wash someone elses hair. He apologized. He left and left the light on. I was left for 40-50 mins with the treatment on my hair. I heard the male call to my stylist sharply in another language. She then stopped doing her friends hair to come back to me and rinse out the treatment and start to cut and dry my hair. My hair was good. Just customer service wasn't the best from the female anyway. I also had to ask her 3 times before she told me what type of treatment she had used on my hair. I had booked for olaplex but wasn't sure if that was the best treatment for my hair. I was trusting in the hairdresser to access my hair and figure which would be better. But I would have liked to have been told the treatment instead of having to interrogate the woman as it wasn't the one I had paid for.
