Music very loud in salon, floors very unstable, if someone walks by you your whole treatment chair moves. When I told the therapist I was in discomfort early on I was told “that’s the treatment”, I then heard the staff talk about me after I had said this. At the end, my R eye was very sore, I had something stuck in it but despite the therapist inviting me to stay until I was able to see I felt so uncomfortable that I left. I was also not given any after care advice, looked this up myself.
