I found my experience at No. 13 exceptional. Last time I was there was early in the year (pre-COVID) and they've revamped the entire place with neon lights and trees - it feels extremely clean while also being upmarket and stylish. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, and the girls were super friendly and professional, and made me feel very at home. The utmost care was taken and my temperature was taken upon arrival. And of course, my lashes are perfect as usual!
