My experience at the salon was good, staff were bubbly and attentive. However, my lashes were already falling off as I stepped out of the building. I first thought they were just loose from the application process but after only 5 days I only have half of the lashes on; they are not as full as when they were done, each day more fall off and on the website it says they last up to three weeks.
