the manager was very rude for many reasons. she said to may, 'dont show her the colors there is no point' beacuase I wasnt happy with the color manager suggested. i had to come back for final touch coz appointment took longer n she was very rude.

In spite of all the nail bars springing up around town, Noir still stands way ahead. Ieva has a team that does the best pedicures in Dublin - ever! A proper, thorough job that completely changes the look and feel of your feet. Would thoroughly recommend.
