Instruments are not individual, so they use the same (except file) for all customers as the are standing just on the table. I was shocked. In my understanding instruments should be used just for one customer, sterilized after that, and be in individual package so I could see they are clean & safe. Never ever.

I have been coming here for four years and have always been so happy with my nails. Leva and her staff are all super friendly and I am always happy to recommend Noir to my friends and family.

I absolutely love shellac at this Salon. It's my second time here and they are very professional and high standard of products. Karina is very professional and attentive. She truly enjoy her job and my nails is perfect. Thank you
