Alisa is by far the best nail technician I've been to in Dublin. She has endless skill and transformed my hands and feet. Her ombre finish was superb and natural and I had lots of compliments on them afterwards. No chips or scratches and its been 4 weeks of not being careful with them at all. The salon is really comfortable and calm. Perfect for a pamper. Definitely recommend Alisa and Noir.
