It was so good to be back at Noir Hand and Foot Spa. A visit here is always recommended. There is a lovely atmosphere of chat, laughter and banter. If you want to sit back in the pedicure chair and enjoy the treatment, then this is the place to come. The selection of colours, the talent of the nail art...would highly recommend coming here.
