Leva is hands down the best nail technician I have ever attended. She has the highest standards which she applies to all her clients and expects the same high standards from her staff. She is an absolute gem. I left the salon feeling a million dollars. Once you’ve have had your nails done at Noir you will not want to go anywhere else.
