I’ve been going to Noir Hand and Foot Spa for a number of years now, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Ieva is amazing, she consistently delivers flawless results that last. At my recent appointment, she applied a strong base to my nails, and I could immediately feel the difference. My nails feel healthier and more durable than ever. I trust Ieva completely with my nail care, and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed.
