Absolutely love Noir and the team there. Went there after two friends recommended it, and I found the perfect much-needed nail spa I can bank on. Quality of Gel Nails and pedicure has been consistently fantastic, and the team is so hospitable. The cleanliness level is really good as well, just make sure you book in advance. Do not think twice -- just go!
