I recently got shellac nails done here and was rather disappointed with my experience. I waited 15 minutes for my appointment to start, and when it finally did, everything felt rushed. The nail artist was rough, especially when working on my cuticles, which left them hurting and bleeding. She also kept slapping my hand, telling me to relax, which made me feel uncomfortable and like she was annoyed with me. Overall, the experience felt far from professional.
