Over the years I've had deep muscle massage, our first appointment with Oleksandr Kravchenko Massage was right up there with some of the best I've had. We do Hyrox training, swimming, running, and strength training, the pair of us where fairly wrecked attending our appointments, felt great after about 2 x days post treatment. Lots both of us need to work on, but will be re-booking again in about 1 x months time for another 1 hr of deep tissue massage, myself and my partner.
