Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for only 1 cm off my hair without losing volume or thickness,but I left with hair completely thinned out,uneven ends, and damaged-looking hair.I also asked for a cool light brown colour and ended up almost black.The manicure was rushed in 20 minutes with no cuticle care and looked unprofessional.To make it worse, despite paying €155 in advance on Treatwell,a staff member ran after me asking if I had paid.Extremely unprofessional,I will not return.
