After 35 mins of being ignored after my apt time, I left, even though I prepaid. Saw hair all over floor (not swept up after each client), staff walking in it. Filthy towel on floor covered in hair. Pedicure station not clean. Staff seem chatty-I was here yrs ago for a brazilian blowdry and results were good, but I forgot it was so dirty. Attention to cleanliness and timekeeping could make a huge diff, and apologise or let clients know if you're running very late with apointment.

I have been getting shellac and BIAB here for quite some time and it is always good quality and great value for money.
The only negative is that even if you book you might still be waiting , the last time I had to wait over 30 mins
